Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine and reactive maintenance across electrical systems, plumbing, and building fabric.
Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and painting to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
Identify and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.

Experience required

Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role (electrical, plumbing, painting).
Basic qualifications or certification in one or more trades (advantageous).
Sound knowledge of health & safety procedures and legislation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
